Tyrants rods offer a choice of lengths and casting ranges for bass lure fishing. Choose the model to suit the total rigged weight of your lures, the space at your marks and the way you prefer to fish.
Full-rod options are supplied as rods only. A reel is not included. Replacement tips are also listed in the selector and are not complete rods.
Choose your model
- 8ft Boat, Kayak & SIB, 7–35g: the shortest listed full-rod option, worth considering where handling space is limited.
- 8ft 6in Estuary, 7–35g: a shorter alternative to the All Rounder with the same stated casting range.
- 8ft 10in All Rounder, 7–35g: a middle-length option for anglers comparing one rod for different marks.
- 9ft 6in Surf, 10–45g: the longest listed option, with a higher casting range for heavier lure setups.
- Anhur 8ft 10in Open Coast, 7–38g: compare with the All Rounder if your lure selection extends towards the upper end of that range.
- Detective Bass 8ft 10in, 10–30g: the same listed length, with a narrower casting range.
Use the total weight of the lure, hook and added weight when comparing your setup with the rod’s casting range. Model names are a starting point, not a guarantee that a rod suits every venue or condition.

Select the tip for your exact rod model. If you’re unsure which fits, contact us before ordering rather than assuming tips are interchangeable.
